Keloka Contracting Corp. adopts a comprehensive risk-focused approach to security programs, resulting in the development of training and strategies aimed at identifying vulnerabilities within the protected entity and planning responsive actions. This approach encompasses two key elements:

- Utilizes triggers and monitors deteriorating security conditions to prompt timely responses.
We employ a proprietary system for vulnerability assessment encompassing all hazards. This system dynamically evaluates the desirability and ease of exploitation of vulnerabilities, considering the opportunity for attack, weaknesses in physical deterrence, and the likely impact and consequences of dynamic events or triggers. Pre-assessed triggers form the basis for generating response plans, allowing our crisis and risk team to assess both response and mitigation strategies.
Our commitment to the safety and security of our clients involves a continual appraisal of the target hardness of the facility. Softness assessment trigger events include major changes in staff, key personnel, vendors, logistics suppliers, and weather and climate-related impacts. We proactively address these triggers, ensuring a robust security posture and effective mitigation measures.
