    number of hours worked

Lost Time Injury Frequency

  • Definition: Measures the total number of lost time injuries per a specific number of hours worked.
  • Example: LTIF = (Number of Lost Time Injuries / Total Hours Worked) *

Slips, Trips, and Falls

  • Definition: Tracks incidents related to slips, trips, and falls within the workplace.
  • Example: Number of Slips, Trips, and Falls Incidents reported and investigated.

Incident Reporting and Investigation

  • Definition: The efficiency and effectiveness of our incident reporting and
    investigation process
  • Example: Timeliness of incident reporting, thoroughness of investigations.

Training

  • Definition: Evaluates the effectiveness of our training programs in enhancing
    safety awareness
  • Example: Percentage of employees who completed required safety training.

Hazard and Risk Management

  • Definition: Assesses the identification and mitigation of hazards and risks in the
    workplace.
  • Example: Number of identified hazards, percentage of mitigated risks.

Injury Management and Risk Intervention

  • Definition: Evaluates how effectively injuries are managed and risks are
    intervened.
  • Example: Time taken for injury resolution, success rate of risk interventions
